Festival of Very Short Canons: April 1-30

Welcome to the Festival of Very Short Canons! All of April I'll be posting two recs a day in the comment section of this post.

All recommended canons will take 45 minutes or less to consume—many of them much less! We have a mixture of music/music videos, short stories, fake articles, comics, and miscellaneous other things. (Music and music videos were so popular that we're going to have about one of those a day every day of April!)

Do you like vaguely dark settings with vaguely heartwrenching statements? These are 20-40 second vignettes that contains one to three lines per reel that are enticing to consider more behind them.
I'm specifically nominating three dialogue scenes/vignettes as they are not clearly delineated on the original page compared to the other content posted on instagram
tired - "I'm sick, I wasn't meant to live a dying life"
meant to be - "I'm beginning to think maybe I'm not meant to be well"
the night we met - "Not proud of what I've done, never was."

Get Out - Frightened Rabbit (Music Video)

Approximate length: 0-10 minutes

The song is about the narrator not being able to let go of a woman; the video is about a F/F relationship with a lot of ambiguous stuff going on that includes a lot of intense sustained eye contact, some fighting, some rituals or perhaps handfasting, maybe one of them cheating with men to invoke jealousy, and possibly these two girls are broken up and one is fucked up about it...or maybe one of the girls is dead and the other is being haunted? I'm not great at interpretting music videos but I have a lot of feelings about this one.
