This has been added to the tagset as "Medium: Original Music" and will be in the rules shortly with your description! That equivalent seemed really low compared to what we normally do for original music, so we stole FIAB's equivalent of 20 seconds = 1000 words (for sheet music, let us know the playtime in the top author's note and that will be the equivalent)
