Hello, Nominations mod again. I was just made aware by fence that "under the olive grove" was featured in the Festival of Small Canons. We just looked over the permissions together tonight, and agreed that the permission statement is not currently broad enough to accept into the tagset. We apologize for getting our wires crossed on this fic. We did not do a thorough enough job checking permissions on this one before accepting it into the fest.
I will keep the nomination unapproved but not rejected for now. In case you'd like to ask the author to grant blanket permission to recurse / make fanart for "under the olive grove" specifically, the rules have a section on recursive permissions and a script that you might want to use if you reach out to the author.
